These terms apply to 369 Manifestations at 369manifestations.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Refunds and cancellation policy.

Who operates the app

369 Manifestations is operated by an individual based in India. General questions go to hello@369manifestations.com. For help and billing, contact support@369manifestations.com.

Who can use the app

You must be 18 or older to use 369 Manifestations. The app is not directed at children.

What you receive

369 Manifestations is a journaling web app, a dedicated space to write your manifestations with the 369 method, a writing technique using three repetitions in the morning, six in the afternoon and nine in the evening. It includes a private journal and consistency tracking. Your alignment score measures completion of your writing sessions.

This is self-serve software with instant access after account creation or payment confirmation. The writing technique and the app do not promise any personal, financial, health or other outcome.

Your account and writing

Keep your sign-in links and account secure. Use the app lawfully and do not try to access another person's account, disrupt the service or bypass access controls. You retain ownership of your writing. We process it only to provide the app and the features you choose. Your writing is private and is never published, sold or used for advertising.

Trial and membership

Your account starts with a 3-day trial, with no card required. After the trial, a paid membership is needed to keep writing. Your existing writing stays saved when access ends, and you can export it from Settings.

Membership is $3.69 per month or $36.90 per year in US dollars. Local prices are shown by Dodo Payments at checkout where available. Prices include tax. Your membership renews automatically at the billing interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel or the subscription term ends.

Payments, plan changes and cancellation

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for payments. It handles checkout, payment details, receipts and applicable tax. We do not receive or store full card details. Dodo Payments' payment terms and privacy notice also apply to your purchase.

You can switch plans in Settings. A plan change takes effect at the next billing date. Nothing is charged when you schedule the change, and the new plan's price is charged at renewal. You can undo a scheduled change before renewal.

Cancel anytime in Settings. You keep access until the end of your paid period. Monthly charges are not refunded for partial months. A yearly charge is refunded in full if requested within 14 days of that charge. Request refunds through support@369manifestations.com. See Refunds and cancellation for details.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the app available, but maintenance or outages can interrupt access. You can keep your own copy by exporting your data in Settings. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes from using a writing technique. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Data requests and changes

For account deletion or data requests, email privacy@369manifestations.com from your account email. Cancelling membership does not delete your writing.
