Refunds and cancellation

369 Manifestations is self-serve journaling software with instant access after payment confirmation. Try it for 3 days without a card before subscribing. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for payments, and prices include tax.

Cancel anytime

Open Settings, then Membership, and choose Cancel membership. Confirm Cancel at period end. You keep access until the end of your current paid period and will not be charged for another renewal. You can choose Keep my membership before that date to undo a scheduled cancellation.

Your manifestations and journal stay saved when access ends. You can still export your data in Settings. For deletion or data requests, contact privacy@369manifestations.com.

Monthly membership

Monthly charges are not refunded for partial months. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you can use the app for the remainder of the paid month.

Yearly membership

A yearly charge is refunded in full if you request it within 14 days of that charge. This applies to an initial yearly charge or a yearly renewal. After 14 days, a yearly charge is not refunded for the unused portion, subject to rights required by applicable law.

Request a refund or billing help

Email support@369manifestations.com from your account email. Include your receipt or payment reference and the date of the charge. Do not send full card details. We will check the request and arrange eligible refunds through Dodo Payments. Refund processing and the time until funds appear depend on the payment method and provider.
