369 Manifestations is operated by an individual based in India. Your manifestations and journal are private. We have no ads, sell nothing about you and never share your writing with other users, publish it or use it for advertising.

Who this app is for

You must be 18 or older to use 369 Manifestations. The app is not directed at children.

What we store and why

We store your account name and sign-in email, time zone, preferences, reminder choices, manifestations, journal entries, mood records and consistency history to provide the journaling app. We also store membership status and payment references to manage access and billing. Our administration tools use account metadata and aggregates, never your journal or manifestation text.

Where your data is stored

Account data and writing are stored with Google Firebase in the United States. Firebase also provides authentication. Signing in with Google is subject to Google's own privacy practices. This means data is processed outside India and may be processed outside your country.

Payments and emails

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for payments. It processes checkout, billing details and applicable tax under its own terms and privacy notice. We receive payment and subscription references, amounts, currencies and statuses. We do not store full card details. Prices include tax.

Reminder emails are sent with Resend to your sign-in email. You choose reminder settings in the app. A reminder may include the manifestation you chose to write; turn on Discreet emails to leave the manifestation and progress out of the email. These providers process the information needed to deliver the features you choose.

Browser storage

The app uses browser storage for sign-in state, preferences, drafts and cached account data, so your writing can survive a temporary connection loss. There are no advertising cookies. Sign out on shared devices and keep your device secure.

Retention, export and deletion

Your writing stays saved after a trial or membership ends. You can export your manifestations, journey days and journal from Settings. Cancelling billing does not delete your account.

To request deletion, access, correction or other help with your data, email privacy@369manifestations.com from your account email. We may verify that you own the account before acting. Payment records that Dodo Payments must retain are handled under its own legal obligations.

Security and contact

Access controls restrict account writing to its owner. No online service can promise absolute security, so protect your sign-in email and devices. For questions and grievances about your data, contact privacy@369manifestations.com.
